ERGO ATE got systematically involved in Natural Gas distribution projects from day one. Before the construction of natural gas projects ever started in Athens, personnel was trained by CITB in the UK. We built large parts of the pilot projects ``ATTICA ΙΙΙ``, ``ATHENS ΙΙΙ`` και ``PEREAUS ΙΙΙ`` by DEPA. It The company undertook as a contractor the first ever project by EPA Attikis titled “Contract No. 1” and has had a constant and stable activity in the construction of Natural Gas projects.
Our collaboration is ongoing with EDA Attikis, the transformation of EPA Attikis.

Up till now, we have built, tried and tested in Athens alone more than seven hundred kilometers (700 km) of networks, a very large number of RMS, MRS and MR/DR stations, as well as more than twenty thousand (20.000) natural gas service lines. (rearranged)

All of the above mentioned projects, those constructed for utilities companies (EPA, EDA, DEPA, DESFA) as well as the ones constructed for private customers, have all been completed in time and in strict compliance with all regulations, guidelines and requirements set by the client.

By a continuous and long effort, ERGO ATE has managed to be considered the best contractor for projects of this nature in Greece.
Up till now, it has built, tried and tested for EPA Attikis alone more than twelve thousand (12.000) natural gas service lines, more than five hundred kilometers (500 km) of networks as well as a very large number of RMS, MRS and MR/DR stations.

All of the above mentioned projects, those constructed for utilities companies (EPA, DEPA, DESFA) as well as the ones constructed for private customers, have all been concluded in time and in strict compliance with all regulations, guidelines and requirements set by the client.

The staff involved are permanent, with significant experience, fully qualified but also fully specialized, which contribute to the organized and highly qualitative project execution.

The company has layed more than 250 kilometers of potable water networks, sewer and drainage, of all sorts (polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, steel, reinforced concrete) and diameters, while at the same time having constructed or replaced more than 700.000 service lines for potable water consumers.

ERGO ATE has also constructed potable water tanks, reservoirs, pumping stations and other hydraulics projects.

Trenchless pipe-laying (no-dig)

ERGO ATE was the first company in Greece to implement the full spectrum of trenchless underground pipe-laying of all sorts (NoDig).

Today, with an experience spanning over 20 years in NoDig, having successfully constructed a vast number of such projects, ERGO ATE is considered the most reliable contractor in Greece for such projects.

The company's privately owned equipment includes Microtunneling, Pipe Jacking, Horizontal Directional Drilling and Pipe Ramming drill rigs, allowing it to install networks of all sorts using NoDig methods.

Polyethylene, steel, as well as reinforced concrete pipes can be installed spanning in diameter from Ø63 to Ø1200 mm or even more, which can either be used as the final pipes or as casing for other pipes, cables, optical networks etc to be passed through.
